Produced in conjunction with the laceless retail version to honor Smith’s 50th birthday, this version of the Jordan 5 features a more traditional construction with laces, but outfits the upper in shiny metallic gold satin. Other than the gold satin replacing the white leather, the rest of the “Grape” colorway is intact, except for a slight tweak of the red Jumpman logos on each heel. With only 25 pairs of the Air Jordan 5 “Fresh Prince – Friends & Family” rumored to exist, this is a true grail for Air Jordan collectors and fans of the iconic TV series.
